I am a trauma-informed therapist working with adolescents and adults who bring diverse, intersecting identities into the therapy space, often in search of greater clarity around their lived experiences. Many of the clients I work with are deeply sensitive, thoughtful, and emotionally attuned, yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves in ways that can be difficult to name.
I'm drawn to working with empaths, deep feelers, and highly sensitive persons who are looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others. Many of my clients have struggled with the present-day impacts of past trauma, challenges around self-worth, and the persistent feeling of not being “good enough.” Therapy with me is a space to slow down and gently explore the context of what feels heavy or conflicting within.
I am trained in EMDR and deeply value its ability to help process experiences that talk therapy alone often can't fully reach. In day-to-day life, this can look like fewer emotional triggers, less overthinking at night, more ease in relationships, and a greater sense of calm in your body.
I integrate attachment-based theories and parts work to understand the context of your experiences, cultivate deeper self-trust, and gently explore what lies beneath the surface. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, attuned, and insightful — a space where you can move through life with greater steadiness, clarity, and acceptance.

More About Me
As an oldest child of a large immigrant family, I understand firsthand what it's like to shoulder the silent pressures to “keep it together”. At the same time, I also deeply value the beautiful complexities of being human, navigating the nuances, the messiness, the noise, the unpredictability, the contradictions, and the constant uncertainty. My goal as a clinician is to walk alongside you and provide a safe landing space as you find your unique place within it all.
