I am a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in working with women in their 20's and 30's who are in the thick of it — the perfectionists, the people pleasers, those navigating the emotional mess of a breakup or a big life transition that's left them questioning, "Who even am I without them or that?"
Maybe you struggle to ask for what you need without feeling guilty, find it impossible to say no, or constantly wonder if you're doing enough — in your work, your relationships, your healing, your life. Or maybe it feels as if life has ripped the rug out from under you, and you're left sorting through the pieces.
I believe these messy in-between seasons of life can be powerful initiations. Though incredibly painful, they crack things wide open and invite us to take a closer look at the patterns we've been living out — so we can see ourselves more clearly and make new choices that move us toward a healthier version of ourselves.

More About Me

As a millennial and one of six children, I navigated a lot of adversity growing up. My path to becoming a therapist started as a deeply personal journey — one of trying to understand my own life, the weight of my experiences, and how to heal. I show up as a very real, imperfect, messy human who has struggled and come out the other side.

EMDR psychoeducation, somatic tools, and journal prompts — plus a bit about our team.
We believe healing lasts when it's held by community, connection, and the right tools — not chased as a quick fix. Each month, we share worksheets, books, podcasts, and research to support the work you're already doing. This isn't a newsletter — just resources when they're useful. Your information is never shared.
