Groups & Community
Healing rarely happens alone
Below you'll find our 90 minute processing groups, and a look at how SOULFLO shows up beyond the therapy room — in schools, in the community, and alongside the people we serve.
SOULFLO Processing Groups
Each group meets for 90 minutes, co-led by two SOULFLO therapists, and pairs a companion handout with space to actually be heard. Join the waitlist to be first in line when the next group opens.
Friendship Breakups
For anyone grieving a friendship that ended, quietly or all at once. Together we name what that friendship gave you, what it cost you, and what you want to carry forward — no ritual required, and no need to justify the loss.
Pet Loss & Grief
A space to grieve an animal companion out loud, with people who won't say "it was just a pet." We'll remember your companion, sit with the guilt and love that often arrive together, and leave with small ways to honor them.
Career Burnout
For the most committed people in the room, who are also the most depleted. We'll map where your workload, values, and support have gotten mismatched, and build one small, doable shift you can try before the group meets again.
Aging Parents
For adult children navigating how to talk with a parent about care, wishes, and end of life — before a crisis forces the conversation. We'll practice what to say, sit with the fear on both sides, and support each other through family friction along the way.
Eldest Daughter
For eldest daughters, only children, and anyone who became a parent to their family before they were ready. We'll unpack the role you were handed, what it's cost you, and how to put some of it down — on your own terms, without abandoning the people you love.
Beyond the Therapy Room
In the Community
Community is part of how we heal — so we show up. Here's where our therapists have been this year, and a few of the moments that remind us why this work matters.
