I work with couples caught in the same painful cycles of conflict, disconnection, or hurt – the same fight, the same shutdown, the same distance. Usually, there's more happening underneath the conflict than what's being argued about. Because what shows up between two people often started long before they met: old attachment wounds, the fear of being too much or not enough, and the ways you've learned to protect yourselves that now keep you stuck. I help couples understand the cycle they're caught in, recognize how each person is contributing to it, and build a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and intentional.
Much of this same work extends to individual therapy, particularly around attachment trauma, complex PTSD, breakups, and relationship patterns that are hard to shake. Maybe you keep finding yourself in different versions of the same relationship, lose yourself trying to keep someone close, or understand your patterns perfectly and still find yourself repeating them. In therapy, we'll make sense of what's keeping those patterns alive – and where you have the power to choose differently.
My style is direct, honest, and grounded. Bring the “messy,” complicated parts of yourself without fear of judgment. I'll listen closely, tell you what I'm noticing, and challenge you when it's useful. I'm interested in helping you understand what's happening underneath your reactions while getting clearer about where you still have agency – even when it doesn't feel like you have much.
I utilize EMDR, parts work, and DBT- and ACT-informed interventions to help clients develop both insight and practical ways of responding differently. Insight matters, but I care most about what you do with it – recognizing patterns as they're happening, creating space for a different response, and building more choice in how you relate to yourself and others.

More About Me

Before becoming a therapist, I was a visual designer. I eventually found my way into mental health during a time when I was looking for support and noticed that there weren't many faces that looked like mine. As a second-generation Vietnamese American, I grew up in a culture where emotions weren't always talked about openly – and I know firsthand how much harder it can be to seek support when you don't feel represented in the spaces meant to help you. That inspired me to become the kind of therapist I would've wanted for myself – someone authentic, relatable, and genuinely interested in the parts of me that didn't fit neatly into a box.

EMDR psychoeducation, somatic tools, and journal prompts — plus a bit about our team.
We believe healing lasts when it's held by community, connection, and the right tools — not chased as a quick fix. Each month, we share worksheets, books, podcasts, and research to support the work you're already doing. This isn't a newsletter — just resources when they're useful. Your information is never shared.
