"As we acknowledge the strength and resiliency; may we honor the hurt and pain it took to get there"

Therapists

Brittney Raymond (she/her), AMFT144473
I enjoy working with teens and adults that are navigating the weight of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and anxiety. You may be working through childhood wounds and have a desire to untangle the past so it no longer defines your present.
We might be a good fit if you want to feel more confident in who you are and step beyond the fears and patterns that have kept you stuck. You’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level and do the work—to set boundaries, have healthier relationships, be kinder to yourself, find your voice, and step further into your worth and value. I pull from CBT, Psychodynamic, and Attachment theories, and use somatic and mindfulness practices to increase mind-body connection.
Building an authentic, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work and I bring warmth and humor to every conversation, one human to another! Together we can address symptoms such as depression, anxiety, uncertainty about our path or purpose, unworthiness, relationship issues, shame or low self esteem, and life transitions.
Brittney provides LGBTQ+ affirmative care and is trauma-trained.
